1. How long will it take to deliver the crumbs collector?
95% of our deliveries are dispatched within 48 hours however please allow 7 days for deliver.
2. Can I return the crumb collector if I change my mind?
Yes a refund will be given for the cost you paid for the product (not the p+p) and only if the product is in original packaging and condition and returned with your receipt or order number. This only applies to orders placed directly on our website www.crumbsaway.co.uk and you need to provide the order no. This does not apply for voucher deals.
3. Where can I use the crumbs collectors?
The crumbs brushes are ideal for carpets, rugs, table cloths. It also works on car seats and cloth sofas. So the crumbs brushes are handy for the home, car, caravan and boat, B&Bs, restaurants, Nurseries etc...
4. Do the crumbs collectors take batteries
No. These handy crumbs collectors are easy to use, open, empty and then they are always ready to use, simply have one near by then you can quickly sweep away the crumbs, in seconds.
5. How does the crumbs collectors work?
The single crumb collector has one rolling brush and the ladybird has two rolling brushes. It is hand and you roll it from side to side and watch the crumbs disappear. For more details see our how it works videos.
6. What are the size of the crumbs collectors?
They are hand held size, the curved shape is comfortable in the hand and the double roller ladybird has moulded section for your fingers and thumb to sit comfortable on.
- Single roller- 18cm (length) x 4-6cm (width) x 4cm (height)
- Double ladybird roller - 17cm (length) x 11cm (width) 6cm (height)
7. How will my order come and what if it doesn't?
Most orders are delivered by royal mail or myhermes.co.uk for larger orders. We always get a proof of postage so if you product doesn't come within 7 days we can issue you with the proof of postage to follow up with the Royal Mail/myhermes. However neither the Royal Mail or myhermes have lost any of our parcels yet.
8. Do you offer discounts for buying in multiples?
Yes. If you would like to buy multiple products then we can offer a discount. Please contact us with your requirements.
9. Do you offer discounts for trade/retailers buying in bulk?
Yes. If you would like to buy in bulk we can offer a special rate for resellers. Please contact us with your requirements.
10. How much does the P+P / shipping cost?
Orders placed direct on our website are charged on the weight of the parcel to be shipped, this means you could order in multiples and pay the same shipping costs eg 3 products is the same P+P cost as just 2 products (the most common weights are 400g = £2.99 to the UK and 1kg is £3.99). If you are unsure of what the shipping costs would be for items you would like to order please contact us with your requirements we shall let you know. Equally if you would like to know the cost for shipping outside of the UK please contact us
